Overview

Bisik.id respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indonesian copyright laws. If you believe that content on our site infringes upon your copyright, we encourage you to notify us so we can take appropriate action.

We are committed to responding to valid takedown requests within 48 hours of receipt.

Submitting a Takedown Request

To submit a DMCA takedown request, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information:

1. Description of the copyrighted work — Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list.
2. URL of the infringing content — Provide the specific URL(s) on bisik.id where the allegedly infringing material is located.
3. Your contact information — Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.

Proses Pemberitahuan Balik

Jika Anda merasa konten Anda dihapus secara keliru atau salah identifikasi, Anda dapat mengajukan pemberitahuan balik (counter-notification). Pemberitahuan balik Anda harus mencakup:
