Dua Wanita Ditangkap karena Menu Makanan Mengandung Ulat

Two women from Desa Ketara, Kecamatan Pujut, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, were detained after uploading a video of a free nutritious meal menu that allegedly contained insects.

The women are Nana alias Baiq Restu Tunggal Kencana and Jamiatul Munawarah. They were reported for alleged defamation.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Lombok Tengah, AKP Punguan Hutahaean, confirmed the report and investigation. "Pelapor (Alman) melaporkan dua akun Facebook yang memposting berupa foto dan video makanan yang tampak ada ulat di dalam makanan tersebut," kata Punguan, Selasa, 31 Maret 2026.

Punguan added that the case is still under investigation by Unit Tipidter Sat Reskrim Polres Lombok Tengah. He said: "Status penyelidikan dan saat ini sedang dimintai klarifikasi terkait hal tersebut," ujar Punguan. He also mentioned that three people have been called for clarification.

The defamation report involves two social media account owners. They were called under a summons number: B/677/III/RES.2.5/2026/RESKRIM. The summons was issued by the police to investigate alleged defamation against Alman Putra, a SPPI.

Koordinator SPPI Kecamatan Pujut, Lalu Noval Urbaya, confirmed that Alman Putra is part of SPPI in the area. He said: "Benar (dia SPPI). Saya juga diperiksa. Nunggu yang dua (Jamiatul dan Baiq Restu) itu dulu," kata Noval.

Jamiatul was shocked when she received the summons from Unit Tindak Pidana Tertentu (Tipidter) Sat Reskrim Polres Lombok Tengah. She said she never mentioned anyone's name in the posts. She added: "Padahal dalam postingan itu tidak terbesit pun nama instansi atau orang," ungkap Jamiatul seusai diperiksa di Polres Lombok Tengah, Selasa, 31 Maret 2026.

Jamiatul explained that her intention was to warn netizens about the MBG menu because the bread given to her child contained insects. She said: "Saya memposting itu sebagai wujud kekhawatiran seorang ibu dan guru lah kepada anaknya. Akhirnya saya posting itu sebagai bentuk pengawasan kepada pemilik dapur untuk berbenah dan lebih teliti lagi," ujarnya. She added that she had no malicious intent and that BGN encourages reporting. She is a mother and teacher. She wants the menu to be more careful. She said: "Harapan saya sebagai ibu, tolonglah menunya semua yang disalurkan itu lebih teliti. Wajarlah saya khawatir, kan setiap dapur punya ahli gizi," imbuhnya.

Jamiatul expressed concern that each SPPG has nutritionists to ensure the MBG menu is suitable. She hopes the menu will be more meticulous. She is worried about the quality of the food.

The case remains under investigation. The police are still seeking clarification from the parties involved. The situation highlights the sensitivity of public health programs and the importance of accurate information.

Incidents like this show how social media posts about public nutrition programs can trigger legal action when they involve allegations of food safety violations. The investigation will determine whether the accusations constitute defamation or are based on legitimate concerns.
