BPA Lelang Aset di Sudirman, Ferrari 488 Pista Dijual

On Sunday, 10 May 2026, the National Asset Recovery Agency (BPA Kejaksaan Agung RI) organized an auction of seized national assets during the Car Free Day (CFD) at Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat. The event showcased high‑end cars and motorcycles that had been confiscated from convicted individuals.

The centerpiece of the auction was the Ferrari 488 Pista, seized from the defendant Suryani following the Supreme Court decision No. 7213 K/Pid.Sus/2025 dated 17 July 2025. The auction opened on 8 May 2026 and closed on 27 May 2026. The reserve price was Rp 6.595.215.000, and bidders were required to deposit Rp 1.320.000.000 to participate.

Among the motorcycles on display was the Harley Davidson Road Glide, taken from Rajo Emirsyah. Its reserve price stood at Rp 87.445.700, with a deposit of Rp 10.000.000. The auction for this bike ran from 7 May 2026 to 19 May 2026.

The event also featured the Ducati Superleggera V4 2021, a former possession of Doni Salmanan. The reserve price for this motorcycle was Rp 1.473.959.000, and the deposit required was Rp 736.979.500.

Visitors at CFD Sudirman could view all the luxury vehicles, check the current bid amounts, and learn how to open an auction account on site. The venue served as a practical demonstration of the auction process for the public.

Kuntadi, the head of BPA Kejaksaan Agung RI, explained that the exhibition was intended both as a showcase and as a training session on how to conduct auctions. He added, “Acara ini kami adakan untuk lebih membuka diri, untuk lebih mengukur integritas kita, untuk lebih mempercepat proses penjualan dalam rangka untuk pemulihan kerugian negara, dalam rangka untuk pemulihan kerugian masyarakat sebagai korban dari tindak pidana,”.

The overarching goal of the event was to accelerate the sale of seized assets and to recover losses for both the state and the victims of criminal acts.

In short, the auction at CFD Sudirman displayed a range of high‑value vehicles with clearly stated reserve prices and required deposits, while offering the public a firsthand look at how national asset recovery is carried out.
